Individual one to one sessions are available on request. These are based on an adhoc basis as required so times and dates may vary, we will do our best to accommodate you specific needs. Sessions can vary and will be tailored to your requirements and goals. Thes usually last on morning or afternoon session but we can offer full days if requested.
