One to One Self Awareness

We understand that for whatever reason, often people may prefer to have sessions on a one to one basis. 

One to One sessions can be tailored to suit your individual needs,  requirements and goals. 

How can a One to One Self Awareness Session help you  ?

  • Build Self confidence and Self esteem 

  • Develop healthy boundaries

  • A safe space for inner reflection and self discovery.

  • Build emotional awareness with the help of our wonderful herd. 

  • Reconnect with your inner self and voice. 

  • Develop communication skills and non verbal skills that can help with relationships in all walks of life .

  • Assist with management of Anxiety and depression . 

  • Experience peace and calm and enjoy the wonderful healing horses can have upon us. 

  • Promote mental health and wellbeing.

These sessions can be truly transformative for individuals. 

Please note there is no requirement to share or discuss your hope or goals, difficulties or reasons for taking part. Only quite individual reflection and the  intention to set your own personal goals.  

Sessions are usually AM (9.30-12.00 or PM (12.30-3.00) some evening sessions are available by appointment only and dependent on time of year.
